Class Description:
Julene will guide you through the foundational skills of crochet as you create a soft, simple baby washcloth. In this first class of a three-part beginning crochet series, you’ll learn how to make a slip knot, chain, slip stitch, single crochet, and double crochet—all while working on a beginner-friendly project. Julene will help you get started with clear instructions, hands-on support, and tips to build your confidence. While many students may finish their washcloth during class, follow-up support is available via email for anyone needing extra help to complete their project.
This class lays the groundwork for future sessions, where you’ll build on your skills by making a granny square washcloth (Class 2) and a cozy, beginner-friendly hat worked in the round (Class 3). Students will complete this class series with a solid foundation in crochet and the confidence to keep creating.
