Refund policy

Full return within 30 days of purchase ONLY on full priced yarn in original (unwound) condition, from smoke free and pet free home.  Receipt required.  

All needles, notions, books, patterns and any discounted items are FINAL SALE.  No return or exchanges.  

Class fees are non refundable.  You will be provided with a store credit if cancellation is made outside of 72 hours of class start time.  Sorry no transfers within 72 hours of class start time.  

Any item purchased at our store that is found to have a manufacturer defect will be replaced in kind.
