Class Description:
Step into the world of mosaic knitting with a project that’s as practical as it is beautiful!
In this single-session workshop, students will begin the Easy Mosaic Socks by Winwick Mum—a free pattern that introduces the magic of mosaic knitting in an accessible and rewarding format.
We’ll break down the principles of mosaic knitting, learn how to read slip-stitch colorwork charts, and walk through the construction of a sock from cuff to toe. You’ll leave with the confidence to finish your socks and to apply mosaic techniques to future accessories.
While most students will complete the cuff and begin the mosaic section during class, follow-up support is available via text or email (574)215-2421 or hermitagestudiofiberarts@gmail.com for anyone needing help to finish their project. Students will leave with the confidence to tackle more mosaic knitting projects in the future.
