Fixing Mistakes (Saturday, Feb 21, 2026 10 am - Noon)
Knitting mistakes are so common that we have names for them. But rather than starting over or throwing our Knitting at the wall, let’s become more effective and efficient knitters by learning how to identify problems quickly, techniques to correct our mistakes, and ways to avoid them in the 1st place.
Students will have the opportunity to apply their learning to their own work as time allows.
Date: Saturday, February 21, 10:00-12:00
Fee: $25
Skill Focus:
· Correcting common mistakes such as:
o Dropped stitches (Knit/Purl)
o Missing yarn overs
o Increases or decreases where they don’t belong, or they weren’t added
· Dropping down a section at a time
· Techniques for avoiding mistakes
· Using Proactive and Reactive Lifelines
Prerequisites:
· Knit and Purl
· Foundations and understanding of Knitting
· Able to complete prep work without much difficulty

required materials.
Interested, but the date doesn’t work? Ask to be added to an “I’m interested….” list of possible future classes, and if there is enough interest, the instructor will add sessions if able.
